The Petits Plats de Truffes will allow you to discover the secrets and secrets of the truffle. They are dispensed on demand during the months of January and February. You will learn in these classes, how to prepare some delicious truffle dishes that you can easily reproduce at home. At the end of each lesson, you will taste the dishes that have been made, accompanied naturally by carefully selected wines.
