What can I say? Quite simply we loved it! But of course there is more than that.
After days of sifting through various websites I found Chez Christelle.
This beautiful and ever so slightly crumbling house stands proud in 16 hectares of land, surrounded by woods, vines, olive groves, cypress trees, roses scented by the heavens themselves. A chapel, an old potager, a boule court, splendid views, large airy rooms, a circular staircase slightly tired with all the people that have stepped their way up and down over the centuries and speak gently of dear memories and happy children running and chasing, screeching as they whizz up and down in delight.
Delightful is what this house is, it is the perfect package.
When I found Le Vieux Mas, I called Simon Richards of Provence Holidays, who from the very beginning has been so helpful and has made sure that our trip was perfect.

Ten piękny i nieco rozpadający się dom stoi dumnie na 16 hektarach ziemi, otoczony lasami, winoroślami, gajami oliwnymi, cyprysami, różami pachnącymi samym niebem. Kaplica, stary potager, boisko do gry w boule, wspaniałe widoki, duże, przestronne pokoje, okrągłe schody nieco zmęczone wszystkimi ludźmi, którzy przez wieki wchodzili i schodzili po nich, i delikatnie mówią o drogich wspomnieniach i szczęśliwych dzieciach biegających i goniących, piszczących, gdy pędziły w górę iw dół z zachwytu.
Zachwycający jest ten dom, to idealny pakiet.
Kiedy znalazłem Le Vieux Mas, zadzwoniłem do Simona Richardsa z Provence Holidays, który od samego początku był bardzo pomocny i upewnił się, że nasza podróż była idealna.
