Organic wine estate at the foot of Mont Ventoux
Since 1992, the estate has been in compliance with the European specifications for organic wine making. The wine is born and raised in stainless steel and wooden vats, with particular attention to the monitoring of fermentation temperatures. All the parcels are the object of a particular, separate vinification, and each cuvée comes from an assembly between them.
Organic viticulture, a choice born from a strong belief from the beginning of the field, is guaranteed by a European label (Ecocert). Its main principle: working with nature and not against it.
