Cookery Classes in Joucas
Provençal cooking classes are presented by their chef to small groups of ten people in the kitchens of the Hostellerie gastronomic restaurant, in one afternoon finished by a gourmet dinner. Great Chefs meet each other at Le Phébus.

The programme takes half a day and includes a meal of several different preparations according to a theme. The aperitif, selected wines, mineral water and coffee are included. These are two to three hour courses offering the preparation and demonstration of recipes.
An oenological complement is proposed by our sommelier during the meal.
A summary booklet and a diploma are given to each participant.
