For all amateur cooks, who wish to discover the regional flavours and learn how to cook recipes with fresh local products, La Cuisine de Valentine, offers gourmet cooking classes, managed by a talented regional Chef. Wine is also a key ingredient in the enjoyment and improves the various tastes in cooking. You will also taste the best Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines to familiarise yourself with wine pairings.

-  8h45 am: The Chef will invite you to discover a typical market of Provence where you will enjoy all the diversity of the products, and learn to distinguish their qualities. You will choose fresh and seasonal products to prepare your meal.

- 10h30 am: Back to La Cuisine de Valentine. You’ll prepare your lunch with the Chef who will give you all his secrets to cook a fabulous gastronomic meal, inspired by the rich flavours of the provencale cuisine. Cooking, seasonings, presentation, … You will have all the keys and tips, to recreate your menu at home, and to impress and your guests.
