The chocolatier, Florian Courreau, enjoys sharing his passion through the creations he invites you to discover in his shop.
Chocolate, Florian Courreau fell in when he was little. Son of chocolate maker, he learned for nearly fifteen years his job with his father who passed on his know-how. In 2006, he left his native Var and created with his wife Sylvie, his artisanal chocolate factory "La Cour aux Saveurs" in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
Located near the Place de la Juiverie, the production workshop is offered in all sincerity to everyone. This concept, Florian Courreau has always practiced when working alongside his father, and it seemed natural to continue to be accompanied in his gestures by the benevolent eyes of passersby. In accordance with traditional production methods, the production is therefore daily, without preservatives, and is based on carefully selected raw materials so that freshness and taste are the hallmarks of manufacturing.
The artisan has selected for his recipes ganaches, pralines, and other sweets, the Grand Chocolate Valrhona of which he is a partner, pure cocoa butter with various profiles and scents.
The shop adjoining the workshop, invites to pleasures ... pleasure of the eyes, the perfumes, and of course the taste.
Indeed, Sylvie Courreau and Mégane his collaborator have not stopped to present the sweets elaborated by Florian and Sébastien his second. It is for them a delight to embellish all these little wonders that they make a joy of discovering and tasting.
Attentive and involved, customer satisfaction remains one of their priorities.
Florian Courreau brought in his suitcase, the recipe of these specialties of chocolate nougat and calisson that are "La Roche du Luberon" and the "Venetian" where family know-how and Provencal tradition are associated. Today, the ranges of chocolates and delicacies, which evolve according to the seasons and the creations of Florian Courreau, offer a multitude of flavors and textures, for the greatest pleasure of gourmands and gourmets.
