"Chez Serge" is renowned for being the best restaurant in Carpentras and its surroundings: lovers of truffles like me are often very numerous so be sure to book in advance. The evening begins with hors d'oeuvres accompanied by a wine that you have chosen from a meticulous and quality selection. There are several ways to discover the wild and musky flavor of black truffles, whether with the half-cooked foie-gras with its blackberry juice and apples or the truffle pasta in a cream with incredible aromas. Sure you will enjoy a meal to die for! There's nothing left on the plates!
