As it's the name hints, the Oasis is first and foremost an exquisite garden. The flowers grow at the foot of the arches and stone pillars. Under leafy skies punctuated with lights, the patio is the setting for a host of culinary delights. Stéphane Raimbault, supported by his brother Antoine, is a wizard with the senses. He returned from his sojourn in Osaka with a certain taste for contrasts and a subtle talent in the use of spices.
