"Guillaume Sourrieu made his debut at the Côte-d'Or at Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu . A year and a half later, he officiates at the Petit Nice , then the famous house " TROISGROS " in Roanne , the Auberge du Père Bise in Talloires , La Verniaz in Evian , the Fermes de Marie in Megève , where he contributes for 7 years to the reputation of this beautiful house, the Reserve de Beaulieu and finally the Bas Bréau in Barbizon . After 15 years touring France, he returned to his roots in Marseille and took over the kitchen of Restaurant L'Epuisette."
