With a background in luxury hospitality spanning two decades, she brings a wealth of expertise and personal insight to her role, transforming every stay into a seamless collection of unforgettable experiences.
Her journey in hospitality began with a four-month work placement in a hotel in Germany during her studies. She then spent four years working in England, between Birmingham and Milton Keynes, in the catering industry - an opportunity that allowed her to explore both England and Scotland in depth. Beyond her professional experiences, Anaïs has embraced a more adventurous style of travel, backpacking across Europe and beyond. From navigating public transport in Sweden and Portugal to camping under the stars in Argentina, her travels have always been about connection - meeting locals, discovering hidden gems, and immersing herself in each destination’s unique culture.
Now, she shares this passion with her teenage son, ensuring he experiences the joy of discovery. Her love for exploring extends to France, where she has travelled extensively, appreciating the country's incredible diversity.
