Air Conditioning: there is no air conditioning in 2021, but the house has very thick walls which keep the rooms cool.
In 2022: a landscaped boules court will be available for the 2022 season.
Caretakers: these discreet caretakers, who reside on the side of the property, ensure the maintenance of the garden and house.
This beautiful 15-hectare garden, filled with trees and flowers, offers magnificent fountains and many sunny and shaded nooks for those seeking a little privacy. The property also has a superb interior courtyard, sheltered from the mistral. Table football and a ping pong table are also available.
Perfectly equipped with 10 deckchairs, 4 parasols, sofas on the shaded terrace and exceptional views of the Petit Luberon, the pool area really has a holiday feel. This 13.5m x 4m pool, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m, is extremely sunny and can be heated on demand during cooler periods. It also has a pool house with a kitchen, electric barbecue and WC... truly everything you need to enjoy your luxury holiday.
On the ground floor, you will find many welcoming sitting areas which are perfect for meeting in small groups to share stories and plan the day's adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with several coffee machines, a food processor, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Upstairs, each bedroom has its own fan but, as the house has very thick walls, they are rarely needed.
This charming property sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 comfortable bedrooms all located on the first floor. Please note that all double beds can be separated into two single beds upon request.
