The swimming pool, ideally positioned opposite the living room, creates a very pleasant lounge area to fully enjoy the shaded terrace. Built in 2021, this contemporary villa of 220 m2 has a large living room with dining area opening directly onto the garden and the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen is located in the living area to get together with family or friends and cook together. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other 3 double bedrooms are upstairs. It should be noted that the ''Villa Mara'' has a room at your disposal dedicated to home cinema.
