Large bay windows open onto a sunny terrace, the garden and the park, allowing harmony between the interior and exterior.
A charming guest bedroom, adjacent to the main residence, offers a sixth bedroom with its own bathroom.

Nestled on a one-hectare park wooded with oaks and pines, this property also offers a remarkably landscaped area with its fields of lavender and white rose bushes, its century-old olive trees and other Provençal species.
The pool house, ideal for convivial meals, and the beautiful secure swimming pool will ensure relaxation and freshness.

The swimming pool of 11 x 4.5m is perfectly exposed to enjoy sunbathing and secured by a fence and an electric cover. Surrounded by oaks, pines and scents of Provençal plants, it is a most pleasant space.
Interior
This magnificent, recently built farmhouse has been carefully designed to optimize comfort, offering underfloor cooling on the ground floor and air conditioning upstairs as well as in the guest house. Inside, the stone walls, exposed beams and decoration in natural tones create a warm atmosphere. The property, facing south, is bathed in natural light.
The property comprises a fully fitted modern kitchen, a large dining room and a ground floor lounge, all with direct access to the terrace and stunning garden views. The bedrooms: one on the ground floor and the four bedrooms upstairs all have large spaces suitable for relaxation.
A detached guest house, next to the main house, offers a sixth bedroom with its own private bathroom and lounge.
