Pool security: The swimming pool is secured by an electric shutter, however, young children should be supervised by adults at all times when nearby.
The property has a system of cooling floors to keep the house at an ambient temperature. The separate annexe comes with air conditioning.
The first floor of the property is not accessible to tenants.

Surrounded by a beautifully-landscaped garden, lie back on a sun lounger, close your eyes, and soak up the warm rays of the Mediterranean sun.
Interior
As you walk into this stunning holiday rental, you will find a fully-equipped, modern kitchen with high-end appliances to cater for your every need on the ground floor on the left-hand side. Next to it, an elegant dining room and a bright living room overlooking the garden and with authentic, rustic stone walls await. On the right of the entrance there are two comfortable bedrooms, both complete with ensuite bathrooms. The lower level accommodates a bedroom with a super king-size double bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom in the annexe next to the swimming pool. The entire house (except the bedroom in the annexe with air conditioning) has a pleasantly refreshing underfloor cooling system.
