The 3-hectare grounds include a private tennis court and a boules court for those seeking to embrace the local lifestyle with a game of pétanque. The patio with dining table and Wolf gas barbecue offers one of the most beautiful views over The Luberon Valley.
This 12m x 6m heated swimming pool is perfectly exposed to the sun and protected by a fence. The house has 12 deckchairs and several shaded areas, one of which is nicely decorated next to the pool and ping pong table.
Recently renovated with an exquisite and relaxing taste, this luxury farmhouse is perfect for large groups of friends of multi-generational families. Its over-equipped and spacious kitchen makes it possible to cook in company and to have breakfast around the large island. Its living/dining room, with beautiful fireplace, is very comfortable and refined. On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms and their bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a magnificent Master bedroom with terrace and a queen-sized bedroom, each with their own ensuite bathroom. And, with an independent entrance, a guest house with kitchenette, bathroom, Master bedroom downstairs and loft with double bed.
This outstanding property sleeps up to 12 guests in 7 luxurious bedrooms, 5 of which are located in the main house with the remaining 2 found in the adjoining guest house with private entrance.
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1/Master: with super king-sized double bed, garden views, air conditioning, sofa, two French windows leading to the garden and brand new ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 2: with queen-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, air conditioning, sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 3: with single bed and private bathroom with shower, sink and separate WC.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 4/Master: with king-sized double bed, views of The Luberon Valley, air conditioning, private terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 5: with queen-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, garden views, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 5 overlooks the living room below but has a sound-proof curtain to ensure complete privacy.
In the guest house:
Bedroom 6: with king-sized double bed.
Bedroom 7: with queen-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred.
The guest house also features a kitchenette, living area and brand new independent bathroom with shower, sink and WC. This petite maison is perfect for a couple with one or two children but not appropriate for two couples.
