What we like
Swimming Pool: the heated fenced pool offers tranquillity in a nice garden.
Location: right in the village of Puyvert you are close to a nice restaurant. The hamlet is located at 2 kms from Lourmarin, with many shops, galleries, restaurants and 30 mn drive from Aix-en-Provence.
Recently Renovated: with a new kitchen and bathrooms, La Ferme du Lavoir is very comfortable for families.
The courtyard offers the peace of a countryside retreat and privacy is ensured through the private courtyard well shield from the Mistral wind. The numerous covered areas and garden spaces create an excellent outdoor living space.
Exterior
In the garden you can appreciate the stone walls, its lavender and its olive trees. It is an ideal setting to relax. Many spaces are designed for enjoying meals with family or friends in the cool of the covered terraces and sheltered from the Mistral. The summer lounge is also a pleasantly furnished, enjoyable place, perfect for relaxation and aperitifs.

The large fenced swimming pool of 12mx6m can be heated. Depth of 1m to 2m. Ideal for the whole family with its shower and WC nearby. Enjoy the tranquillity in a garden that ensures privacy.
Interior
The property has on the ground floor the living space with its living room, dining room, beautiful kitchen recently renovated with stone ceilings, a TV lounge and a bedroom. Upstairs are the other 5 bedrooms and the library. The bathrooms have also been recently renovated.
