On the ground floor, you will find the fully-equipped modern kitchen which opens onto the large living room with bay windows. A corridor provides access to the laundry room and the private annexe with two ensuite bedrooms, lounge and small kitchen. In the centre, there is the main courtyard complete with summer lounge, outdoor kitchen and a pretty shaded dining area. From here, you have access to the main living room, two-bedroom annex, upstairs to the bedrooms and out to the garden. A large well-equipped air-conditioned gym can be reached via the entrance hall and also leads to a fully enclosed additional courtyard with table tennis.
Up the beautiful marble staircase, there are three more double bedrooms each complete with air conditioning and private bathrooms.
