With one hectare of wooded, enclosed grounds, private parking, a comfortable shaded 50m2 summer dining area with plancha, oven, sink and barbecue, an old caravan fitted with a small 100cm bed (decorative object in the garden), pool house with outdoor shower, WC and sink, table tennis, swings and a boules court... this property is bound to delight guests of all ages. Pool
This 14m x 6m heated swimming pool is secured by an electric shutter and is available from May until September, with no extra fee in July and August. Take a refreshing dip or enjoy an apéritif in the refined pool house complete with a bar, shower and WC.
Interior
The spacious open-plan living room centres around a gorgeous modern fireplace, surrounded by comfortable sofas that are big enough to accommodate the whole family. The nearby kitchen is well equipped and boasts the same sleek and refined Provençal style. Mas de St Roch offers six air-conditioned double bedrooms, of which one is found on the ground floor.
