Pool safety: the pool is secured by an electric shutter, but for young children, supervision is recommended at all times.
It is forbidden to organize events, out of respect for the neighbors, in accordance with the rules of the domain. An access badge will be given to you on arrival at the entrance to the estate. Additional badges can be obtained at a cost of fifty euros each.
Exterior
The vast 1,600 m² landscaped garden offers an idyllic setting with a heated swimming pool (in season), a pétanque court and a large terrace overlooking the sea. At sunrise, this terrace becomes a privileged place to enjoy a coffee or share a meal in the shade, thanks to two large tables seating up to twelve guests.
The outdoor area, designed for conviviality, also includes an outdoor lounge for aperitifs, a gas barbecue and practical facilities such as secure parking for four vehicles and a nearby electric car charging station.
The combination of natural stone, glass, concrete and wood in a sober
and timeless architecture gives this house a delicate harmony. As you enter the house, the
colors and natural light, revealed by the wide sliding doors and cleverly placed
skylights, welcome you into a warm atmosphere.
Pool
The private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) is heated in season and salt-treated for soft, pleasant water. Unoverlooked, it's the perfect place to relax or share family moments while enjoying a magnificent sea view.
Interior
The spacious, light-filled interior offers a refined atmosphere where every detail has been carefully considered. The main level features an open-plan living area, including two lounges (one with a suspended fireplace, the other with a TV area), a dining room and a minimalist, fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for meals with family or friends.
The six bedrooms, spread over two levels, offer comfort and privacy. The master suite with study and dressing room boasts a breathtaking sea view. On the garden level, five additional bedrooms, all air-conditioned, give access to a covered terrace and the garden. Each room guarantees peaceful rest after a day of activities.
