This villa is surrounded by a magnificent 2,650 m² flat garden that invites serenity and outdoor activities. The pool-house, outdoor shower and ping-pong table complete this space, where everything has been designed for conviviality. To make the most of sunny days, a barbecue and plancha are also available.

The heated pool is at the heart of the exterior, offering a unique experience of relaxation and pleasure. With its roller shutter and alarm, it combines comfort, safety and aesthetics. The poolside area includes a pool-house for sunny afternoons, and an outdoor shower for maximum comfort after swimming.
Interior
Spread over two levels, the villa offers generous living spaces bathed in light. The first floor features a spacious double living room, an elegant dining room and a perfectly equipped open kitchen, with a practical back office for optimum convenience. An independent wing houses two superb double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Upstairs, two master suites offer luxury and privacy, accompanied by two additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A modern gym with its own shower room completes this level.
