At the foot of The Luberon, in the countryside, this charming luxury property enjoys splendid light thanks to its southern orientation. The many indoor and outdoor spaces are arranged so that everyone can enjoy views of the Luberon. The property itself has nearly 3 hectares of land, including 8,500m2 of landscaped gardens with olive trees, as well as numerous terraces and courtyards with ponds and fountains.

Pool
This luxury 15m x 7m heated swimming pool offers a fantastic view of The Luberon Mountains. Nearby, there is a pool house with exterior summer kitchen, shower and WC.
Interior
On the ground floor of this beautifully decorated home there is an entry hallway, a large fully equipped kitchen with two casual dining tables, a spacious living room with a library and grand piano, an elegant dining room with arched doorways leading to two of the many terraces, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, guest WC and utility room. Leading off the central courtyard there are 3 double bedroom suites each with private entry, ensuite bathrooms and garden views.
On the first floor, there is a large cinema room with a bar and a spacious master bedroom with marble ensuite bathroom, dressing room and views of the garden and Luberon hills. There is also a smaller ensuite bedroom allowing up to 11 people to enjoy this magnificent villa. "The Orangerie" studio with accommodation for an additional 2 people may be available upon request for an extra charge.
