What we like
Luxury: no expense has been spared in this renovation, from gorgeous bathrooms to top-quality bed linen.
Pool: set in the heart of a lush garden, this heated pool is the ideal place to relax.
Master Bedroom: just a perfect suite... the decor, the entertainment options, the little writing room, the positioning of the pedestal bath, the re-purposed antique doors, and the view from the windows.
Things to note
Pool Safety: the pool is protected by a security alarm and is fully fenced, but children should be supervised when nearby.
Exterior
This wonderful property is set around a sheltered inner courtyard, with a place to eat by the olive tree and the fountain, that is atmospherically lit up at night. The perfect outdoor living area, this courtyard is connected to the inside via large French doors.
Beyond the courtyard is a shaded terrace with seating, a dining table and a gas barbecue. Through a wooden gate is the lawned garden and pool. Beyond the pool, through another wooden gate, the garden turns into a meadow with a view of The Luberon mountain. The land is expansive and planted with pines and olive trees, truffle oaks, fig trees and lavender. There are no neighbours to see or hear.
Pool
This lovely 10m x 4m non-chlorine swimming pool is heated from April to October. Surrounded by six sun loungers and mature oak trees, it is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring Provence.
Interior
This interior-designed 18th-century farmhouse is situated in the heart of The Luberon countryside. Forming one side of the courtyard, the living/dining room is a large and very light space with comfortable sofas and a dining table. There is satellite TV with French and English-language channels, an Apple TV, two Bose iPod decks and WiFi throughout the property. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a five-ring stove, big oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and leads onto the large living room and laundry facilities.
There are five bedrooms, each beautifully decorated and with an ensuite bathroom or shower room. There is a large double bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom, WC and large dressing room and two bedrooms upstairs (one double, one twin), each with an ensuite shower room and a separate WC. Located across the courtyard and accessed by exterior steps, a large master suite has the feeling of a private apartment with its very well equipped bedroom, bathroom, WC and dressing room. The fifth bedroom is located also via an outside staircase and is a small charming retreat separate from the main house, also with its own shower room and WC.

Bedroom 4: with two single beds or one king-sized double bed if preferred, countryside views and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
In the annex:
Bedroom 5: with queen-sized double bed, countryside views, private access via a small inner staircase and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
