The house is set within enclosed 5,000m2 gardens with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, a pool house, 4 electric bikes, ping pong table, boules court, shaded and sunny terraces. A gate gives direct access to the scenic hiking trails of The Alpilles.
Pool
This private 10m x 5m swimming pool is heated from May until September for your comfort. With jacuzzi and brand new luxury pool house, this property just oozes charm and relaxation.
Interior
Entirely renovated and tastefully decorated in modern style throughout the main house, the self-contained studio apartment and the independent guest house make this 215m2 property an ideal choice for family and friends preferring more privacy.
On the air-conditioned ground floor of the main house are the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and Nespresso machine, the large open-plan dining and living room areas leading to the pretty shaded terrace with outdoor dining, guest toilet. Down a few steps you’ll find the laundry room and a doorway connecting to the studio apartment with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and a double bed on the mezzanine. It can also be entered from its private furnished terrace.
The first floor is air-conditioned by a central system and has three double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and private terrace, one with a bath in the bedroom, a third double bedroom leading to the balcony and an independent bathroom.
Located beside the pool, the air-conditioned independent guest house has a private furnished terrace, a living room, kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom.
Full laundry facilities, cot, high chair and fans are also at your disposal.
