This charmingly decorated house has thick stone walls, cathedral ceilings and tiled floors throughout to keep it fresh during the summer months. The entry hall leads to the spacious living and dining room, and the well-equipped kitchen, all opening onto the large outdoor terrace. Also on the ground floor, there is a bedroom, a laundry room and a guest WC. The stone staircase takes you up to the air-conditioned first floor which offers a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a study and two double bedrooms, with a shared bathroom, which are ideal for children.

There are 2 independent WCs: 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor shared between all the bedrooms.

Bedroom 3: with double bed (160 x 200 cm), air-conditioning and garden view.
Bedroom 4: with double bed (140 x 200 cm), air-conditioning and garden view.
Rooms 2, 3 and 4 share a separate toilet.
Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 share a separate bathroom with shower and washbasin on the second floor.
