This large stone farmhouse sits on over three hectares of orchards, olive groves and gardens. There is a pleasant shaded terrace for al fresco dining, comfortable lounge seating under the ancient plane trees, a large heated swimming pool, a boules court and a tennis court with a basketball hoop. The extensive estate provides complete privacy and is filled with a variety of mature trees and pretty flowering plants.
The gorgeous 16m x 6m heated swimming pool with leafy shaded terrace is the perfect place to relax during a hot Provençal summer's day.
The graceful interiors have been remodelled, retaining original features, and are tastefully furnished with a charming mix of antique and contemporary pieces. Spacious living rooms open onto the sun-drenched terrace and the dine-in farmhouse kitchen is well-equipped with all you could need for your stay. All nine bedrooms are air-conditioned, some having views of The Alpilles hills, and all of the seven bathrooms have been modernised and refurbished with luxurious fixtures.
There are two ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor, two ensuite bedrooms on the first floor and four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms on the second floor. The first floor studio bedroom with ensuite bathroom is accessed by a private staircase. This bedroom also has independent entry from outside of the house.

On the second floor:
Bedroom 6: with queen-sized double bed and countryside views.
Bedroom 7: with two single beds, or one king-sized double bed if preferred, and countryside views.
Bedrooms 6 and 7 share an independent bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 8: with queen-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, and garden views.
Bedroom 9: with queen-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, and garden views.
Bedrooms 8 and 9, which can be closed off to form a private apartment, share an independent bathroom with shower, sink and separate WC.
