This large village building benefits from an exceptional geographical location, in the center of the village, offering all the amenities dreamed of for family holidays.

What we like

Location: the house is located on the main street of a Provencal village, and above all opposite a bakery for morning croissants, what more could you ask for?
Swimming pool: a large swimming pool in the center of the village with a beautiful space to relax on deckchairs in the shade of parasols (or not), to enjoy the sunny afternoons of Provence. It's the perfect place to relax!
Social spaces: the garden also offers an outdoor lounge as well as a dining area with a large table, ideal for creating unforgettable holiday memories with family or friends.
Air conditioning: you will always enjoy a cool and ideal temperature in all rooms.

To note

Pool Safety: The pool has an electric shutter and fence, however, we recommend that young children nearby are supervised at all times.
Pets: on request, with a supplement of €100 and a deposit of €3,500.
Village Festival: some villages celebrate a traditional festival for a few days during the summer, please contact us for more information.
Discounts are offered outside the high season for smaller groups or when booking a second consecutive week.

When the gate opens, the courtyard of this village house will pleasantly surprise you. To the left, you will find parking spaces including a space equipped with charging for electric cars. The well-maintained garden offers two shaded terraces, one of which is next to the swimming pool.

The second shaded terrace has a large table for summer dinners, then a small outdoor lounge nestled near a fountain located in front of one of the bedrooms, this corner is ideal for morning coffee to the song of the cicadas.

The swimming pool area is equipped with quality deckchairs and parasols. The swimming pool, of generous dimensions (9x4m), is ideally proportioned for a property located in the heart of one of the best-known villages in The Alpilles. It also has a children's beach, popular with families or those who want to relax in the water and the sun.

It offers the possibility of being heated during the mid-season months or cooled for the hottest periods. The electric shutter provides security which will allow holidaymakers to relax with complete peace of mind, parents will not have to worry about the safety of their children.

The entrance to this warm and friendly house is through a fully equipped kitchen, which is modern, aesthetic and functional. A laundry room, including a second refrigerator, is hidden at the end of the room for added convenience. Moving forward, we discover a large living room with a beautiful open fireplace, with large bay windows offering a superb view of the garden.

Climbing two steps provides access to the original entrance hall space facing the street, which can also be used as a main entrance. To the left is the master suite, open to the outdoor living room and the small garden fountain, with a dressing room, an adjoining bathroom and a separate toilet. To the right of the entrance is a guest toilet.

The staircase leads us to the first landing, where we discover a games room with a table football, as well as a TV lounge/office. On this landing there are also two bedrooms with their own adjoining bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, another double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, as well as a dormitory with six single beds and a personalized bathroom that will evoke childhood memories, await you. In addition, a separate toilet serving these two bedrooms is located on this floor.

The house, completely renovated with quality materials, is tastefully furnished and equipped with high-end equipment, thus offering exceptional comfort to its occupants.
