What we like

Swimming Pool: the heated infinity pool offers panoramic views of the vineyards and Luberon Valley.
Location: just a short walk from the village of Ménerbes, you are close to its popular bars and restaurants.
Recently Renovated: with a brand new kitchen for the 2022 season, Ménerbes Mas offers new appliances and high-quality furnishings.

Things to note

Pool Safety: the pool is not fenced but has an electric shutter. For young children, extra attention and supervision is advised.
Air Conditioning: keep cool and relaxed thanks to air conditioning in the living room and Bedroom 5. Fans are provided in the remaining four bedrooms.
Background Noise: in the summer months, traffic can be heard from the road-facing rooms when the windows are open.
Village Festival: some villages celebrate a traditional festival for a few days during the summer, please contact us for more information.

Exterior

The beautifully landscaped 2.6-hectare garden offers a variety of spaces for you to enjoy throughout the day... breakfast on the terrace as you gaze out over the vines or an apéritif in the luxurious summer lounge whilst watching the sun set over The Luberon Valley. Cook a delicious meal for your loved ones on the charcoal barbecue and dine on the shaded terrace after a long day exploring the perched villages of the Luberon.

Pool

This very rare, large heated infinity pool (20m x 4.5m), with a depth of 1-2m, is ideal for the whole family. Perfect for playing or doing a few lengths in the early morning.

Interior

With bright interiors and high-quality furnishings throughout, Ménerbes Mas is the ideal Luberon retreat. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with air conditioning and direct access to the garden, a recently renovated kitchen with brand new appliances and three double bedrooms with an independent bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and with direct access to the garden.

Bedrooms

The house sleeps up to ten people in five comfortable bedrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 offer air conditioning, but fans are provided in the remaining two bedrooms.

On the first floor:
Bedroom 1: with queen-sized double bed, direct access to the garden and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, WC and AC.
Bedroom 2/Master: with king-sized double bed, direct access to the garden and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, WC and AC.
Bedroom 3: with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. The WC for Bedroom 3 is located in the corridor.

On the ground floor:
Bedroom 4: with Queen-sized double bed.
Bedroom 5: with two single beds and mobile air-conditioning unit.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 share an independent bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

Lovely location.

We would have beniffed from a bit more info on for example how waste is managed, how/when pool would be cleaned. Would certainly use Provence holidays again.

Menerbes Mas is a wonderful house. The setting is lovely and just how you would imagine Provence. When we were there in late May, it was warm enough to enjoy the beautiful heated pool and the views beyond. The walk to Menerbes was very short and the town has lovely restaurants and sites to see. It was very easy to get to many other nearby towns including Bonnieux, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Gordes, and others. We would be happy to come to this house every year. Provence Holidays was very helpful, very easy to reach and very responsive.
