We could not have been happier with our stay!

The home has everything you would need to enjoy exploring Provence. The home is restored beautifully and it has all the classic charm you’d expect, but also the modern touches that make it convenient for a stay with a lovely pool and pool house set on a very large property. The owner, was extremely nice and helpful during our stay- very responsive to our questions (and speaks great English which was a plus for us). The perfect host! The location is very private and quiet. If you look at the satellite views, it may look like it’s on a busy road, but once you’re inside the gate, you’ll feel quite secluded. The ease of having the large inter marche 1 minute away walking was fantastic to get us started. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the center of town to the local fruit market, boulangerie, and all the restaurants in St Remy. This was our second stay in St Remy, but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else now that I’ve found this villa! I can’t wait to go back! I promise, you will not be disappointed!

OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE
- During the absence of the tenant (even short) from the accommodation, the latter will ensure that all doors, windows and exits are locked, shutters closed and the alarm system activated Mandatory.
If these precautions were not respected, in the event of a break-in, the lessor will take criminal action against the lessee, and the lessee's liability would be entire and called into question as well as his personal insurance.

- The Lessee will not be able to exercise any recourse against the Lessor in the event of theft or damage to the rented premises.

- He must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighborhood, in particular those emitted by radio sound equipment, television, children's cries and others.

- Parties, lively evenings, receptions are strictly prohibited.

- It will respect the maximum number of people declared when booking who can enter the premises. Any person from outside their household and/or exceeding the limit of people declared at the time of booking is strictly prohibited from entering the property.

- The Lessee undertakes not to leave the lights or other electrical appliances on in his absence or while he is sleeping so as not to overconsume electricity unnecessarily. Same commitment for water.
