A laundry room, equipped with a scullery and a shower room/WC, is directly accessible from the outside for added convenience.
Two bedrooms, also on the first floor, each have their own shower room and a private terrace offering breathtaking views of nature. Upstairs, two magnificent suites, including a master suite equipped with a bathtub, for absolute comfort. An outbuilding, converted into an independent apartment, completes the house, ideal for additional privacy.
