The house features a small garden on the ground floor, ideal for quiet moments outdoors, with a surface terrain of 50 m². The middle floor includes a charming terrace of 40 m², perfect for enjoying the views or a quiet drink. The top floor opens onto a spacious terrace of 40 m², along with a swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. The property offers comfortable outdoor seating areas on both terraces, inviting you to enjoy the Provençal climate in a relaxed setting.

The pool, measuring 7 x 2,5 metres, provides a refreshing escape on warm days. Positioned on the top-floor terrace, it is surrounded by views of The Luberon countryside. The secure design and adjoining pool house make it a convenient and enjoyable feature for families or groups.
