In front of the house, a smaller pool invites you to sit in the water with an aperitif, taking in the view of the landscape beyond. The swimming pool area is meticulously crafted with attention to both aesthetics and functionality. Surrounded by durable flagstone and composite materials, the pool is the perfect spot for leisure. Loungers and chairs are strategically placed to encourage relaxation, while the eco-friendly saltwater treatment ensures a pleasant swim. A pool house with an equipped summer kitchen complements the estate, offering further comfort and elegance.

The first floor opens into a spacious entrance hall, where a glass elevator adds a contemporary touch. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, offer privacy and convenience.
On the second floor, accessed directly from the large parking area, a welcoming hall with a guest toilet leads to the open-plan dining room and professional kitchen. Two further bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms are also located on this level.
