The villa's centrepiece is its impressive 15-metre heated swimming pool, available from May to October, secured with an alarm and electric cover for safety. The pool area includes six pool chairs and eight loungers, perfect for enjoying the Provençal sun. Adjacent to the pool, there is also a pool house which ensures guests can relax with refreshments at hand. A parasol and plancha complete the outdoor offerings, making it an idyllic spot for relaxation.

The villa boasts a harmonious interior design with high-quality furniture and a functional layout. Wood flooring and classic interior elements lend warmth to the residence. The ground floor is home to a 44-square-metre living area, divided into a lively living room and a separate TV room.
