Exterior
The property offers two south-facing terraces, shaded by an arbour or tiled roof, ideal for relaxing at any time of day. Around the pool and its deck, you'll be charmed by the breathtaking view over the village of Gordes.
A fully equipped summer kitchen and a pétanque court complete the leisure facilities.
The 12 x 6 m heated swimming pool is equipped with an electric roller shutter for safety.
There are also 10 deckchairs and two outdoor tables with chairs for al fresco dining. A gate at the entrance to the property opens onto a large parking area to the north.

This property offers superb views of the village of Gordes from its large 12 m x 6 m heated swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with ten sun loungers. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the shaded areas under the trees, or take advantage of the elegant pool house and summer garden. A true haven of peace in the heart of Provence!
Interior
The house features five double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, while the two bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and those on the ground floor offer direct access to the garden.
The entrance hall features a toilet and a small office area cleverly arranged under the staircase. The living room, with fireplace and TV-DVD-home cinema system, opens onto a covered south-facing terrace.
This elegant mas features spacious common areas designed for bringing your loved ones together. The generous living room and the open-plan kitchen, are nicely enhanced by large bay windows that fill the space with natural light and provide direct access to the terrace and pool area.
A bright summer lounge offers a pleasant view of the pool and grounds. The modern, recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area and top-of-the-range appliances, including a large 90 cm Miele oven, electric induction stove, Miele American fridge with freezer, microwave, Miele dishwasher, and two coffee makers (Senseo and percolator). A laundry room, equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, completes the practical facilities.
