What we like
Location: situated on the Cap d'Antibes peninsula, this lovely modern villa has access to the sea in a little creek just a few steps away from the house. Salis Beach and the centre of Antibes are a 10-minute walk away, and you are a 15-minute walk from the Garoupe chapel and lighthouse, the viewpoint of the peninsula. The exclusive Keller Beach and famous coastal pathway, 'chemin des Douaniers' are a 25-minute walk from the property.
Indoor-Outdoor Living: the bright and airy living room opens onto the large main terrace with dining for 12 and lounge area... truly the perfect space for entertaining.

This stunning infinity pool 6m x 10m benefits from unobstructed views of the Mediterranean sea. Surrounded by a luxurious pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols, it is the perfect place to relax whilst admiring the beauty of the Côte d'Azur.
Interior
With a fully equipped kitchen, and living/dining room which opens onto the large main terrace, Villa Cap d'Antibes' spacious reception rooms are ideal for getting together with your loved ones. Its four bright and airy bedrooms are all complete with ensuite bathrooms.

This gorgeous villa sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms all complete with AC and ensuite bathrooms for maximum comfort and peace of mind. Each bedroom also benefits from air conditioning, sea views and double beds which can be converted into two single beds upon request.
