What we like
Location: The property is located in the heart of a Provencal village. Brignon, perched high in the hills, is a veritable nugget. From the house, you can walk down to the banks of the Gardon river, or set off on lovely walks in the surrounding garrigue. At the crossroads of the Cévennes and the Camargue, just a stone's throw from Nîmes and Uzès, it's an ideal location for discovering the treasures of our region.
History: Fascinated by history and the charm of old stones, the owners fell in love with this building steeped in history, built in the 12th century and restored over the centuries. A great deal of work has gone into transforming it into a haven of peace for lovers of the medieval heritage of our beautiful region. The building was once part of the village's fortified castle, and the dining room, with its thousand-year-old vaults, still bears witness to this.
Exterior
The Italian-style garden of this village house is an enchanting green setting where classic elegance meets Provencal charm. This outdoor space invites you to relax in its shady corners, perfect for enjoying the serenity of the surroundings. The heated swimming pool completes this idyllic picture, offering a refined yet warm atmosphere.

The 5.3 m x 3.2 m pool can be heated on request from April to September. The ideal place to relax with your favorite book.
Interior
Each room has been designed with your comfort in mind, with air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV. You'll also find a coffee machine to savor your moments of relaxation, a private bathroom and a Wi-Fi connection to stay connected. The house is also equipped with a heating system, guaranteeing a warm atmosphere whatever the season.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with grand piano, a beautiful dining room and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite recipes!
