The garden is fenced, thus, you can let your beloved pets run around freely and allow yourself to frolic and play with your dog or your children on the lawn. The pool area with a large, heated pool, a refined pool house, and an external shower and WC, offers everything you need to relax on a hot summer's day.

This charming holiday home was recently renovated in 2021 to a high standard and aspires to the epitome of modern comfort. The living area and bedrooms have been kept consistently in a natural, nearly tropical style and the interior furnishing are to a large part made from natural materials. On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining and living room. This large living area with welcoming windows and elegant round arches is ideal for spending time with your loved ones, for example by playing card-, party-, or boardgames, or simply with a good chat. The ground floor accommodates a separate WC and a comfortable bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find another fully-equipped and modern kitchen which is ideally suited to cooking classes. With multiple kitchens, you can even challenge each other to cooking competitions and bake-offs. The first floor also accommodates another cosy living room which you could designate as a quiet retreat for relaxing, reading, and dreaming. Two bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor, you will find a further three comfortable and elegant bedrooms, all complete with ensuite bathrooms. In one of the many bedrooms, you will doze off under a real vaulted ceiling. The entire property offers air conditioning for your comfort, ideal for cooling down and escaping the Mediterranean sun.
